Community Volunteer Income Tax Program

OUR CLINIC WILL OPEN on March 2, 2026. It will operate from March 2 to April 30, 2026. 

To register, you should:

1. be a resident of Stony Plain, Parkland County or a First Nations community within Parkland County;
2. have a modest budget; and
3. have a simple tax situation?

If you do not have a modest income, check out the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber Business Directory for a list of local tax preporation services which may be able to help you complete your taxes.

What is the Process:

1. Confirm eligibility.
2. Submit name and phone number.
3. A volunteer will phone you at home to gather needed information. NO NEED to submit any actual documentation.
4. A volunteer will complete taxes and submit them to CRA.
5. A copy of your Tax Summary and CRA acceptance confirmation will be mailed to you.
