Neighbourhood Connector Registration

Community volunteers are needed in Stony Plain to become Neighbourhood Connectors with Neighbourhood Connect. 

Neighbourhood Connect is all about neighbours helping neighbours.

Become a Neighbourhood connector and discover the skills, ability and needs of neighbours while helping to build a more engaged, connected and supportive neighbourhood. Our neighbours are our greatest assets!

Role of Neighbourhood Connector:

• Commit to connecting with 3-6 neighbours.

• Connect with neighbour in innovative ways that are safe for everyone.

• Create a connection system for neighbours to stay in touch.

• Be observant for neighbour in need of support.

• Connect neighbours in need with neighbourhood resources or if needed, community resources.

The personal information requested on this form is collected under the authority of Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and will be protected under Sec. 4(c) of that Act. It will be used for the purpose of program administration and non-identifying grant reporting.
