Mobile Vendor Business Licence Application

This is the business licence application for mobile vendors. Complete this application if you are a mobile vendor looking to operate in Stony Plain.

Review the Town's Business Licencing information before completing this application to ensure you understand the licence type your business requires.

Please note: Mobile Vending Units are only permitted to operate at Town-sponsored or organized events or on private property districted for non-residential use with written authorization of the property owner as per Business Licence Bylaw 2679.

Application type

Local - $270 one-time fee (businesses operating at a Stony Plain address)

Non-local - $440/year (businesses located outside of Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Parkland County)

Parkland County - $150/year (businesses located in Parkland County looking to conduct business in Stony Plain without establishing a Stony Plain address)

Temporary Tier 1 (businesses considered local or non-local seeking to conduct business in Stony Plain such as mobile vendors or hawker peddlers)

Temporary Tier 2 - $300/6-month period (businesses considered local or non-local seeking to conduct business in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove that are temporary in nature such as mobile vendors or hawker peddlers)
