Application for Water, Sewer, & Garbage Service
A non-refundable application fee of $55.00 will be included on the first bill.
The undersigned hereby applies for a supply of water, sewer, garbage pick-up to the premises described below, and agrees to pay for such services at the times and rates prescribed by the Council, and to be governed by the most recently applicable bylaws with respect to these services (and any amendments thereto).
The undersigned hereby agrees that the Town shall have the right to shut off the water from these services, without notice, for any of the following reasons:
1. During necessary repairs or alterations to the plant or system;
2. During non-payment of account;
3. Assigment or insolvency of consumer;
4. Defective condition of plumbing;
5. Wastage of water;
6. Want of supply;
7. For any other reason the Town Manager or Council considers sufficient.
Failure of a consumer to receive a billing shall in no way affect the liability to pay the account.
THIS CONTRACT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE BEFORE VACATING THE SAID PREMISES, AND TO BE LIABLE FOR ALL WATER CHARGES UNTIL SUCH WRITTEN NOTICE IS GIVEN.
