Request a change to your waste bins

Starting September 2, residents can select a waste cart option that matches their household size, waste habits and convenience preferences.

The information on this form is collected under authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, RSA 2000, and shall only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. If you have any questions about the collection, contact the FOIP Coordinator, at 780-963-2151.

Understanding the applicable fees:

Additional waste cart will be $15 per month, one time administration and delivery fee $140. New monthly service rate will be $32.57
Exchanging the 240L bin down to a 120L bin - no admin fee, no delivery fee, monthly service rate remains the standard $17.57.
Cancellation of service 120L bin is $35.

The applicable fees will be applied to your next Utility bill.
