Water Meter Request Form

 

One meter request requires one application form to be completed.

Complete this form and submit to Stony Plain Utilities for approval. Please allow ten (10) business days after the permit is issued for water meter installation. Applicant must review the Water Meter Request Permit guidelines & standards.

Applicant's Authorization and Electronic Signature

  1. I am the owner/agent with the consent and authority of the owner that is the subject matter of this permit application
  2. I hereby give my consent to allow any authorized person pursuant to the Municipal Government Act Section 542(1) and 544(1) the right to enter the land and/or buildings with respect to this application only
  3. I declare that the information contained in this application is correct and true to the best of my knowledge
  4. I declare that I have reviewed the Stony Plain Water Permit Guidelines and Standards and will have the property ready for installation
  5. I consent to receiving notifications and correspondence regarding this application via email to the address provided on this application
  6. I acknowledge fees may be charged for missed appointments, or if they're canceled or changed without adequate notice
