Community Centre Booking Request

Please submit this form in it's entirety to request booking an event in the Main Hall at the Stony Plain Community Centre. 

  • This form is a request only and not confirmation of booking. 
  • Proof of Liability Insurance will be required as part of the completed rental contract.
  • You will receive follow-up information with availability and contract requirements.
